What is blue cheesecake?

Basque-style cheesecake made by mixing cream cheese with blue cheese such as Gorgonzola.

The rich aroma of blue cheese makes it an addictive cheesecake that goes well with wine.

All done by hand

The patissier blends several kinds of cream cheese to create a smooth texture.

Only 10 cakes are baked at a time. From mixing the cheeses, everything is done by hand with fine-tuning. Please enjoy the change in taste and texture with defrosting time.

Perfect as a gift.

Each unit is delivered in an originally designed box. The package is also packed with packing materials to ensure that it does not lose its shape.

How to defrost and enjoy.

Please keep in the refrigerator for 18 hours and bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

It is best to cut with a warmed knife for a clean cut.
