Loin of Okayama Prefecture SPF pig Peach Pork Tonton Pork is used. It is a three-way crossbreed of ♂ Duroc × ♀crossbreed (♂ Large Yorkshire × ♀ Landrace). It is a juicy pork with fine texture, very tender meat, high water retention property, and moderate fat in the lean meat. Peach pork is marinated in miso. The miso is made from domestic barley and produced by Bizen Miso, a long-established miso brewery in Okayama. The sweetness, richness, and aroma of this gem are sure to stand out.
