Okayama Wagyu is the proud brand of Wagyu beef from the "Land of Sunshine, Okayama. The "Takenotani Vine," which was created in Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture, is said to be the origin of the oldest Wagyu beef in Japan. The Okayama Wagyu, which is based on the Takenotani Vine, is moderately sinewy and has a soft texture and aroma created by high levels of high-quality amino acids and oleic acid (unsaturated fatty acid), which are the source of its delicious flavor. (We will provide you with a steak cut of Okayama Wagyu sirloin (A5 grade by Japan Meat Grading Association) and a loin sliced for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. A recipe for cooking steak is included.
