Olive Beef (Gold Label A5 grade) Beef Sukiyaki/Shabu-Shabu
Olive Beef (Gold Label A5 grade) Beef Sukiyaki/Shabu-Shabu
Product Features:
Shodo Island in Kagawa Prefecture, the birthplace of olive cultivation in Japan, boasts over 100 years of history, and Sanuki beef has long been nurtured in the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea. Sanuki beef has been raised in the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea since ancient times, and the fusion of these two histories has resulted in the raising of Sanuki beef fed with the fruit of the prefectural tree olive tree.
Of the "Gold Label" beef, which is given to Olive Beef of A4 grade or higher, only A5 grade beef is delivered with 2mm slices of loin. It can be used for both sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. We also recommend "Yakishabu" which is grilled on both sides and served with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from soy sauce and vinegar) for a refreshing taste.
