Product Features:
Shodo Island in Kagawa Prefecture is the birthplace of olive cultivation in Japan, and boasts over 100 years of history. Sanuki beef has been raised in the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea since ancient times, and the fusion of these two histories has resulted in the raising of Sanuki beef, which is fed with the fruit of the prefectural tree and olive press.
The sirloin is a steak cut of only A5 grade beef, among the "Gold Label" beef, which is given to A4 grade or higher Olive Beef. The loin slices can be used for sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. We also recommend "Yakishabu" (grilled shabu-shabu), which is grilled on both sides and served with ponzu (Japanese vinegar) for a refreshing taste.
